Bond Rates

 

NAFT Federal Credit Union offers competitive rates for our products.  Rates are approved by our Board of Directors and may change on a monthly basis.

Fees assessed may reduce actual earnings on the account.

"EE" Bonds

The interest rate for new series "EE" bonds in effect from May 2010 through Oct. 2010 is at a fixed rate of 1.40%.  "EE" bonds issued on or after May 1, 1997 through April 2005 are at a variable rate of 2.16%

"I" Bonds

The earnings rate for inflation index "I" bonds issued from May 2010 through Oct. 2010 is 1.74%.  This rate includes the fixed rate of 0.20% plus an inflation adjustment.
