Bank365 is a secure, convenient, easy to use online banking solution offered to NAFT Federal Credit Union members with features that include: account summary, account history, cleared check or draft images,  and trailer to trailer transfers among other things.

You can sign up for Bank365 by coming in to the credit union to fill out proper documentation and receive your password.

Once you receive your Bank365 password you will be required to change your password immediately.  We also advise you to change your password every three months.  You can do this by logging in to your account online and choose the "Other Services" button on the left hand side menu.  Once the new screen comes up you will be given two choices and one is the Change Password option.  Choose this option and in this screen you will be asked for your current password and asked to confirm your new password.

Note:  Your new password must consist of at least seven characters and must include at least one alphanumeric character(1,2,3)  and at least one alpha character (A,B,C,a,b,c).  Alpha characters are case sensitive.

To view images of your cleared checks you should follow these steps.
1. Once you have logged on to your account choose the "Drafts" link on the top menu that includes History, Summary, and Transfer.
2. Once on this screen you will see that the draft number is underlined as a link and you can click on that draft to see the image. 
3. You can also print this draft by selecting File, Print on the tool bar of the window that comes up with the draft image.

When you try to print the account information, the information on the output page might be incomplete.  When you want to print out the information we suggest you print out the printer friendly version of the account displayed.  On the account information and history page you will notice a link at the top stating "Printer Friendly"  By clicking on this option the information will be displayed in a new layout without the side menu and banner.  You can exit this window once you are finished by simply clicking on the "X" button.  Since the printer friendly version is displayed in a new window, you can continue viewing your account information once you close out the printer friendly layout.

In the event that you forget your password or you input it incorrectly several times will cause your account to be blocked on Bank365.  In this case you will need to come into the credit union in order to reactivate your account. 

Bank365 requires you to use a browser supporting 128 bit encryption in order to access your account online.  If you have trouble logging in to your account or viewing your account information, your browser might not support this encryption if you haven't upgraded it.  To see if your browser supports this encryption click on the Help button on your browsers tool bar and then Choose About ________.  The blank is in place for either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator which are the two most popular web browsers.

Upgrades to browsers are free of charge and can be obtained from the company's website. Microsoft Internet Explorer is available at Microsoft's Website and Netscape's browser upgrade can be found at Netscape's Website.

If you forget your password to access your account, you will need to visit the credit union so that a member service representative can reset the password on our system.

Bank365 is available in Spanish. In order to view it in spanish, your browser must be enabled for Spanish. To do this in Internet Explorer: Click on Tools, Internet Options, Then click on the Languages button at the button. Once the language preference dialog box appears, click on add and choose Spanish (Traditional Sort) [es]. Make sure that this option is above the English option. You can do this by selecting the language and clicking on the Move Up button. Your Bank365 account should display in the Spanish Language the next time you open Internet Explorer. If you are using an internet browser other than Internet Explorer please refer to that browser's instructions on how to change the preferred language.
